The annual Wool Round Table takes place 1-2 December this year in Nuremberg, Germany at the NH Collection City Hotel. Fingers crossed, we will gather live, in-person, for the first time since 2019.

Working group meetings are planned for 30 November (IWTO Members only).

Remote participation will be available throughout.

How to register

To register for the event, you must have an active account on the IWTO member website, If you do not have an active account, you must create one. The system requires a unique email address for each account.

We strongly suggest you settle by credit card to immediately validate your registration. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

*German VAT @ 19% is applied to all registrations where no VAT number is supplied.

Getting to Nuremberg

Nuremberg is accessible by plane or train. The central train station is approximately 600m from the venue.  The airport is located 8 kms from the venue (approx. 20 minutes by taxi). Transfers can be booked at Limousinen Service & Private Transfer (

If you are coming to the Wool Round Table from the ISPO Exhibition in Munich, you can travel by train to Nuremberg.

Visas and Vaccinations


It is important to check in good time whether you require a visa and we suggest you contact your local consulate for advice on visa requirements for Germany/Schengen Area.
